🛫 Arrival & Pickup Guide

Central Florida airports are busy, but we’ve simplified the process. Follow the specific instructions for your arrival terminal below.

Pickup Location: Hourly Parking Lot. This is the most convenient lot, located directly across from the terminal.

Finding the Car:

1. Exit the terminal through the Baggage Claim doors.
2. Cross the street at the designated crosswalk toward the Hourly Parking Lot.
3. Your vehicle will be parked in the row/space designated in your Turo Check-in instructions.

Exiting the Lot:

• SFB uses a Ticketless System. The cameras read the license plate.
• Drive to the exit gate and pay to exit.

Pickup Location: Surface Lot Atlantis or Endeavor. Note: These lots are located near the South Terminal C / Train Station complex.

Getting to the Lots:

From Terminal A or B:

1. Follow signs for the Terminal Link (APM) toward the Train Station.
2. Once at the Train Station, head to Level 1.
3. Look for the “Surface Lot Shuttle” or follow signs for Surface Lot Atlantis/Endeavor.

From Terminal C:

1. You are already close! Follow signs toward the Train Station (Level 4 walkway).
2. Take the elevator/escalator down to Level 1 to access the Surface Lots.

Exiting the Lot:

• Our vehicles are equipped with SunPass/E-Pass.
• Do not pull a ticket. Drive to the exit lane; the gate will read the vehicle’s transponder and open automatically.

Before you shift into Drive, the Turo app requires a few quick photos:

• Exterior: 4 corner shots + any existing dings/scratches.
• Wheels: We take pride in our rims! Please document their current condition.
• Dashboard: A clear photo showing Fuel Level and Current Mileage.
• License: Upload your “License Selfie” to the app if you haven’t already.

The shuttle from the Train Station to the Surface Lots runs every 10 minutes. If you have a lot of luggage, we recommend sending the primary driver to grab the car and swing back to the “Train Station Passenger Pickup” curb to load the rest.
