All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours.

We accept refunds/returns for defective and non-defective products

• Returns must be requested within 30 Days.
• The product must be unused and still in the condition it was received.
• Return Shipping may be the customer’s responsibility (depends on the item).
• There may be a restocking fee (30% – depending on the item).
• Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

We accept exchanges for incorrect/defective products only.
