Ending Your MFG:dREAMS jOURNEY

We hope you enjoyed the ride! To make your departure as smooth as your arrival, please follow these instructions carefully. Timely returns are critical to ensure the next guest’s dream trip starts on time.

📍 Step 1: Navigate to the Drop-off

If returning to Orlando International (MCO):

Location: Surface Lot Atlantis or Endeavor.
How to Enter: Follow signs for the Train Station / Terminal C. Turn onto Station Loop Road.
The Gate: Do NOT pull a ticket. Slow down as you approach the gate; the vehicle’s SunPass/E-Pass will scan automatically, and the gate will open.
Where to Park: Park in any open, legal spot. Take note of the Row Number.

If returning to Orlando Sanford (SFB):

Location: Hourly Parking Lot.
How to Enter: Follow the main airport entrance road and stay in the right lanes for the Hourly Lot (directly across from the terminal).
The Gate: SFB uses a Ticketless System. The camera will read the license plate and open the gate automatically.
Where to Park: Park in any open spot and note the Stall Number.

⛽ Step 2: Fueling & Cleaning

Fuel: Ensure the tank is refilled to the level you received it (Full) with Premium 91+ Octane.
Receipt: Take a photo of your gas receipt and upload it to the Turo App. This is your proof of using the correct fuel grade.
Trash: Please remove all personal items and trash. While we don’t expect a full detail, a $150+ cleaning fee may apply for excessive dirt, sand, or spills.
No Smoking: A reminder that any scent of smoke or ash will result in a $250 fee per Turo policy.

📸 Step 3: The Post-Trip Photos

Take at least 15 photos in the Turo app, including:

All 4 exterior sides.
The fuel gauge and odometer (Dashboard).
The interior (front and back seats).
A photo of where you left the key.

🔑 Step 4: Securing the Vehicle

Key Return:

Place the lockbox on the driver window and roll up the window.
Turn the vehicle off and lock the doors.
Place the key in the faraday bag.
Place the faraday bag in the lockbox.

Final Message:

Make sure you update the Turo app with the exact vehicle location.

🆘 Running Late?

30-Minute Grace Period: Turo provides a 30-minute grace period. If you are going to be more than 30 minutes late, you must request a trip change in the Turo app to remain insured.
